If you have already received your drivers details for your journey the full fare is still chargeable as a driver has already been scheduled for the journey. All cancellations made within the notice period or if you have received your drivers details there will incur a penalty charge. A penalty of 100% of the fare will be charged for late cancellations. There is no charge for rearranging your journey to an alternative date and time prior to this period. For corporate clients, cancellation will incur a penalty charge of the full amount of the journey cost.
